    .  The waistband goes from approximately 21.5 inches UNstretched to about 26 inches stretched.  It is a PETITE.  The length is approximately 32 inches.  Although the label says WRINKLED RICH DENIM, the fabric does not look or feel like denim.  It just looks like a black cotton.  The body of this flare skirt has multiple small pleats all around.
