TERMS AND CONDITIONS When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. You have already decided on the price you would like to pay for this vehicle based on the description, Auto check link and pictures listed above. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. We also reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, We shall not be liable for any such cancelation for any reason. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions will be blocked or rejected automatically, unless agreed before hand. Bidder must be 18 years or older. At the end of auction, high bidder must contact seller within 24 hours to make arrangements for payment and pick up of vehicle, and complete the transaction (full payment and paperwork) within 7 days of auctions end. A 0 deposit must be made within 24 hours. If a deposit is not made within that time, AAA AUTO reserves the right to cancel the transaction. The deposit will be held by AAA AUTO to cover multiple expenses involved on delivering a sold vehicle if the transaction is not completed within the time agreed. If at delivery the customer is not satisfied and does not take delivery of the vehicle, in this case, the dealership will be more than satisfied to refund the customer's deposit. A 9 processing fee will be added to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, shipping and handling of paperwork and title, airport pickup, up to 20 day storage, etc... This fee is a non refundable fee. You are welcome to come and pick the vehicle up as long as it is within 20 days. If more time is needed, there will be a daily storage charge, unless other arrangements are made. If transaction is not completed within this time, the seller can apply for non- paying bidder and the item can be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder. We will also report to credit agencies as this is a legal binding contract, therefore, do not bid if you do not intend to pay for the item. Miles on vehicles are subject to change at any time, due to customer test drives and/or mechanical test drives. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION WHEN BUYING A USED CAR, YOU CAN EXPECT SOME WEAR AND TEAR. A USED CAR THAT IS ONLY THREE YEARS OLD WOULD SHOW MUCH LESS WEAR AND TEAR THAN ONE THAT WOULD BE 10 YEARS OLD. EVEN IF WE SAY THE CAR IS EXTRA CLEAN, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A BRAND NEW CAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE SELL THE NICEST CARS WE CAN POSSIBLY FIND, BUT THEY ARE USED. We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.Third party inspection companies are not welcome. CARS PICKED UP IN PERSON WILL BE TEST DRIVEN, AND BUYER WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GO OVER THE VEHICLE. IF ACCEPTED, CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE APPROPRIATE FEEDBACK AT DELIVERY. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. Extended warranties are available, however, prices may vary. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Florida residents are subject to applicable tax for their area. Also, for local bidders, all rules apply. The vehicle shall be delivered in ORANGE County, Florida and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in ORANGE County, Florida. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitration shall be payable in Orange County, Florida. All vehicles come with clean reassigned title, unless otherwise specified.
