1969 Chevrolet Corvette. 427/435 4 speed side pipe car. Trim 411- Bright blue vinyl. Paint 976 LeMans blue. Build date M19 or August 19th 1969. The car runs fine, but it needs breaks. Emergency brake works. I may even find the time to do the brakes before the sale, but no guarantees. The master cylinder was rebuilt by white post restorations and was sleeved with stainless steel. The car is a real side pipe car the rear quarters are correct meaning no exhaust bezel cutouts in the quarters and the rear facia is also correct. The heater core broke, while the car was in storage and the passenger side carpet is stained and will need to be replaced. The tires are good and fairly new radials. The interior is OK for a driver with no big issues. The glass is all OK. The paint is ok from 10 feet, but will need a paint job in the future. The only bodywork I can see is there was some damage to the passenger side inside the fender well. The chrome is acceptable . Trans shifted fine with no issues. The engine may or may not be original. The carburetors were just done by phil at custom rebuilt carburetor, the part numbers are all correct but the date code's are incorrect. The frame is also OK for a 52 year old car. The weatherstrip is tired old and cracking. It's a GREAT project but I don't have the time. Cash only upon pick up, $ 500.00 deposit due in 3 days of auction close.
